tell you, you would never expect how many times this
gets you yelled at, swore at, threatened and leaves you
thinking wth is wrong with these people. Do it anyway,
and know you tried to make Azeroth a better place.
6: Warcraft is an amazing confidence boost.
I’ve had low self esteem for along time, and I
know plenty of other players who will admit the
same. This game gives players the ability to let
themselves shine without feeling vulnerable.
You are an avatar, let your real self soar and
you will begin to see it in the real world too.
7: The Warcraft community is flipping huge.
I had no idea how many podcasters, vloggers,
bloggers and fan sites there are that are devoted to
this community and making it better. It’s amazing
really, go look for yourself. Find the passion and
love that everyone has for Warcraft and make
some friends, learn new things and see the world
is much larger than just the map in-game.
8: Just ask.
Okay this will get you trolled 99% of the time… but,
someone is likely to whisper you with the answer, or
where to find the answer. Look past the trolls, play
along for giggles if you want some fun, but someone
will help eventually. If not, then pull up good ol’ Google.
9: Find a good guild.
No one tells you how important your guild will
become to you. Your guildmates will notice if you don’t
log on, they will worry about you, they will become your
second family. So find one that you truly fit into, and soon
enough it will feels like coming home when you log in.
