Awesome! Good work as always 😀
That was a great read. Yes, more interviews. No, really, I enjoyed the interviews. That said, and it’s not that I don’t like Pappy and Donatelli but I personally would really like to hear from more of the Carbine team. Others like Cougar, Didi and Tony, Timetravel, any of the Q&A team, MrSmiley and the support team, any of the forum moderator team, or anyone that actually works in or with Carbine to produce this enjoyable game, hell, I would be happy to hear from the building cleaning crew. What can I say, I’m just that interested in both this game and the industry itself.
The community interviews are pretty awesome as well. Getting to hear that this game is actually creating some new streamers and pod-casters is just cool. Unfortunately for me, my PC is just so weak right now that even watching twitch can be a pain sometimes (seriously, I have no idea what that is about) but if there are youtube videos of the streams I will generally check those out. I certainly catch STOS each week now, so I promise that none of their shows are going unwatched. ( ͡~ ͜ʖ ͡°)
Thanks again to Sam for the laughs. Also, I feel that much better about killing off the indigenous humanoids after reading another edition of the Creatures of Nexus. Seriously, I think we need to wipe out those skeech. The Protogames write-up makes me long that much more to get into the game. I really look forward to hearing about the other encounters. I think doing a round-up of the many artist that have contributed to the Community fan-art segment of the show would be a great addition to this monthly mag. If possible, though, I would like to see links to the artist themselves. I imagine that would be a fair amount of work, so I won’t be upset if it’s not deemed possible at this time. I mean, it’s not like we can’t google the names, right. ಠ‿↼ Please continue the word search. (´ ▽｀).。ｏ♡
I have a few suggestions if you are interested. The RP stories like the Girly Chuas article would be welcomed for sure. Maybe even some sort of continuing saga. Personally, I would like to see some “how to” housing articles. As in, how did they come up with their design, or how they turned a few items into one item to get a unique look, or just the overall process they use for building a plot. Could also just do some screen shot spreads, I suppose. I also hope you’ll continue the add-on articles from previous editions. Those can be helpful to new players.
I hope I’m not being too critical but I did notice a number of grammar errors in several of the articles. Mostly in the form of missing or misplaced words. Not so much that I couldn’t figure out what was being said but enough to get my attention. If you want someone to proof read before print, perhaps I can contribute that way for you. Not that I’m an expert by any means, rather I’m just the kind of guy who reads his own writing 10 times and somehow I can still miss something, yet I’ll catch just about everything when reading someone else’s. ( ͝° ͜ʖ͡°)ᕤ
I think that is it for now. Thanks again for the great work you’ve done here and I look forward to the continuation of the magazine.
